What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help sites remember information between pages.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies (required for the service to work)

Cookie	Purpose	Duration
session	Stores your wizard progress (experience level, answers, email, and generated spec) as you move through the questionnaire. Without this cookie the wizard cannot function.	Browser session (deleted when you close your browser)
cookieConsent	Remembers that you have acknowledged this cookie banner, so we don’t show it every time.	1 year (localStorage, not a cookie technically)

Third-party cookies

We do not set any third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Google Fonts

We load fonts (Space Grotesk and Inter) from Google Fonts CDN. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google may log your IP address as part of normal CDN operation. Google Fonts does not set cookies and does not use font requests for advertising. See Google’s Fonts FAQ for details.

Stripe

If you proceed to payment, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are essential for the payment to work. See Stripe’s Cookie Policy for details.

What we do NOT use cookies for

• Advertising or retargeting
• Cross-site tracking
• Social media tracking pixels
• Analytics that identify you personally

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the session cookie will prevent the wizard from working. All other cookies are optional or third-party (Google Fonts, Stripe).
