By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service charges £1.99 per generated spec. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Because specs are generated immediately and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds on generated specs. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your spec, contact us at hello@goodvibespecs.com and we will make it right.
The spec generated for you is entirely yours. You own it completely. You may use it for any lawful purpose, share it, modify it, or build commercial products based on it. We claim no rights over your spec content.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Vibe Specs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the spec in question.
Specs are generated using AI and may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are not suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting the spec before use. We make no warranty that the spec is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
